The Challenge:

The client required multiple commercial hires across sales, pre-sales, professional services and marketing across EMEA and USA. Juggling multiple hires across multiple regions was difficult for our client to manage internally.

The Solution:

The retail software division of Gillespie Manners conducted a market mapping exercise to establish key drivers in the region. A list of suitable individuals was researched and refined down to a selection of pre-qualified candidates. All roles were delivered on schedule and within budget.
