Researcher | Entry Level
Support Gillespie Manners in the delivery of mission critical staffing projects across the world. Carry out market research to find top calibre candidates. Speak with candidates to assess their experience and skills. Work with Executive Search Consultants and Managers to liaise with senior client stakeholders.
Consultant | Mid-level
Take ownership of search projects. Manage the delivery process for executive staffing assignments with the support of the Research team. Be a point of contact for clients, and act as the face of Gillespie Manners. Proactively source new business opportunities and contribute to the commercial success of the business.
Senior Consultant
Develop your leadership skills as a Senior Consultant at Gillespie Manners. Provide world-class Executive Search services to senior global clients. Manage top-level aspects of the delivery process. Proactively win new business. Develop and train the Consultants and Researchers who support your projects.
Customer Success Manager
Manage multiple active delivery processes, providing world-class managed recruitment services. Build and develop strong, valuable relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Drive account growth through the consistent delivery of successful projects and the cultivation of relationships.
Team Manager
A management role for experienced, senior Executive Search professionals. Manage your own team and take proactive responsibility for developing its market niche. Develop connections with professionals in your industry to drive commercial success for the business. Train and develop your team.
